We meditate twice a day to see things as they really are.
Of course, our days didn't always start and end this way. For years, we each struggled with our identities, in our business and as individuals. Oftentimes, it seemed that we were spinning our wheels - stuck in the mud as we worked in sales, advertising, web design, politics, and even the culinary arts - just to find our place.
There's always so much to learn, experience, and savor.
And when you see the world through the lens of a writer, there's this feeling that you can become anyone.
But that's also how you go crazy -
Doing the same thing over and over again,
Making an inch of progress, only to sink two feet back.
The chaos builds as you try hail Mary after hail Mary,
Always getting by, but never quite getting traction.
But then we found stillness, calm, and awareness.
Or rather, it found us.
That's when all the moving pieces clicked into place,
And we finally understood how to move forward.
Not by randomly following our curiosity,
Or throwing spaghetti at the wall in the hopes that something might stick.
But by coming to terms with who we really are, and the gifts we have to offer.
And then working intelligently to create something worth sharing with others.
That's how you build a successful anything.
Not by running around like some headless chicken,
Or conducting feel-good brainstorming sessions every minute of every day.
It's by finding your true identity.
Then relishing in it, acting on it,
And sharing the fruits with the world.
Sure, you don't have to meditate twice a day to do that.
You might just need a fresh set of eyes and a new perspective to get back on track,
Or help in rooting out the REAL value of your offer.
And that's our gift, shared with you through the words that only we can create.
So, if you're ready, let's uncover what's really driving you forward.
Let's find your kernel of truth and share it with the world.
And let's build a business that changes lives for the better,
For both you and your customers.
The rest will fall into place.
